這是什麼

MCP（Model Context Protocol）連接器是 Claude 與外部系統之間的標準橋樑。山海點點的連接器把你的 POS 與預約系統的常用操作，包裝成 Claude 可以呼叫的「工具」。你講一句「幫我看今天晚上有幾桌預約」，Claude 就會呼叫對應工具、把結果整理給你。

你可以做什麼

• 預約：查詢區間預約、看單筆明細、新增／修改／確認／取消預約、報到、指派座位。
• 菜單：列品項與分類、新增品項、改價、上下架、設定客製選項（甜度／加料／套餐）。
• 現場：看即時桌況與帳單、開桌、送單、改人數／備註、廚房出餐。結帳不在連接器裡——收款一律回 POS 畫面操作。
• 經營：營收總覽、時段分布、員工績效、毛利、庫存、會員消費統計。

怎麼連接

目前以「自訂連接器（Custom Connector）」方式加入，三步驟：

1. 在 Claude 開 Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector。
2. 貼上連接器網址：
   https://mcp.taiwan-cmo.com/mcp
3. Claude 會導向登入頁，用你的山海點點 POS 帳號（店長或員工帳號）登入授權。授權完成即可在對話中使用上面的工具。

登入採 OAuth 2.1（PKCE + 動態用戶端註冊 + refresh token 輪替）。你的授權只綁定你自己商家的資料，無法跨店存取。

存取哪些資料、安全嗎

• 連接器只接收你（或 Claude 代你）明確傳入的工具參數，用來呼叫 POS API。
• 連接器不會讀取你與 Claude 的對話、聊天紀錄、記憶或其他檔案。
• 會員姓名／電話預設遮罩，需要明碼時要明確指定。
• 連接器不持有你後端的主密鑰；登入只換取「屬於你本人」的存取權杖。
• 不經手金流：連接器裡沒有結帳工具，也不能發起付款、折抵訂金或動用會員點數，更不會接觸信用卡資料。若店家要求預約訂金，連接器會拒絕確認該筆預約，請在 POS 確認。
• 不收憑證：沒有建立或修改員工帳號的工具。連接器的任何工具都不接受密碼、API 金鑰、驗證碼或其他憑證作為參數；登入只在我們自己的登入頁進行。
• 不蒐集敏感個資：不蒐集生物特徵、政府核發的個人識別碼或支付卡資料。

• 一組已開通的山海點點 POS 帳號（店長或具權限的員工）。還沒有帳號可到 首頁申請試用。
• 一個可以加入自訂連接器的 Claude 環境。

Shanhaidiandian POS (山海點點 POS) offers an official MCP connector. Once connected, you can manage your own restaurant’s POS and reservation system conversationally in Claude — check and edit reservations, publish/unpublish menu items, open tables and send orders, and view revenue — without switching to a back office.

What you can do

• Reservations: list by date range, view details, create/update/confirm/cancel, check in, assign seats.
• Menu: list items and categories, create items, change prices, toggle availability, configure options (modifiers, add-ons, set upgrades).
• Front of house: live table status and bills, open table, send orders, update headcount/notes, kitchen serve. Checkout is not in the connector — collecting payment is always done in the POS itself.
• Business: revenue summary, hourly patterns, staff productivity, margin, inventory, and member statistics.

How to connect

1. In Claude, open Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector.
2. Paste the connector URL:

3. Claude redirects you to sign in with your Shanhaidiandian POS account (owner or staff). After you authorize, the tools above are available in chat.

Sign-in uses OAuth 2.1 (PKCE, dynamic client registration, refresh-token rotation). Your authorization is scoped to your own merchant only.

Data and security

• The connector receives only the tool parameters you (or Claude on your behalf) pass in, to call the POS API.
• It does not read your conversations with Claude, chat history, memory, or other files.
• Customer names/phone numbers are masked by default; unmasking requires an explicit request.
• The connector never holds your backend master secret; login only exchanges for an access token that belongs to you.
• No payments: there is no checkout tool, and the connector cannot initiate a payment, apply a reservation deposit, or spend loyalty points. It never touches card data. If the merchant requires a deposit for a reservation, the connector declines to confirm that reservation; please confirm it in the POS.
• No credentials: there is no tool for creating or modifying staff accounts. None of the connector’s tools accepts a password, API key, verification code, or any other credential as a parameter; sign-in happens only on our own login page.
• No sensitive personal data: we do not collect biometric data, government-issued personal identifiers, or payment card data.
